Because case content never reaches us, your organisation (not us) is the data controller for case records. We are the controller only for your account and subscription details — see our Privacy Policy.

Our red lines

1. We never sell personal data.
2. We never claim ownership of your case notes or files.
3. We never receive your case content — it stays on your device or your organisation's storage.

Technology

Case tools: processed in your browser. Case data does not leave your device.
Accounts & subscriptions: Google Firebase, London region (europe-west2); payments via Stripe.

Our approach

Decision support: tools assist professional judgement; they don't replace it.
Privacy by design: the default is that case data never leaves your device.
Data minimisation: we hold only the account details needed to run the service.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you control your data.

Case records

Held by your organisation, not us — direct requests there. For client-side tools, deleting the data in the app (or clearing your browser) removes it.

Account data

Email privacy@aisocialworker.co.uk to access or delete your account details.
