These terms govern your use of The AI Social Worker toolkit (the "Service"), operated by ADAIDIGITAL LTD ("we"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The tools are decision-support aids for qualified practitioners. They do not provide professional, legal or clinical advice and do not replace your professional judgement, your organisation's procedures, or statutory duties. You remain responsible for all decisions and records you make.
Case content you enter stays on your device or your organisation's storage (see our Privacy Policy). You are responsible for using the Service in line with your employer's information-governance and data-protection policies, for safeguarding the device you use, and for any exports you make.
Do not misuse the Service: no unlawful use, no attempts to breach security or access other users' accounts, and no use that infringes others' rights.
Some features require an account or a paid subscription. You are responsible for keeping your login secure. Paid plans are billed through Stripe on the terms shown at checkout; you can cancel in line with those terms.
The free tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We may change, suspend or withdraw features.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made using the tools.
These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales.
